With over 20 years of experience in sales, leadership, and brand strategy, she brings a unique blend of creativity, insight, and authenticity to everything she does. As the founder of Holland Women’s Business Network (HWBN), Mindy created a space where women can gather, grow, and support one another in business without pretense—just real connections and real results.

Mindy is also the owner of Sterling Rose Marketing & Communications, a boutique marketing agency serving female-led businesses. In addition, she launched Executive Beauty Concierge, a luxury, personalized beauty service designed to elevate women’s confidence through tailored skincare and style solutions. Her work in the beauty industry has placed her in the top 1.5% of leaders nationwide and has fueled her passion for mentorship, confidence-building, and helping women step fully into their potential.

As the owner of a creative studio ( Color Me Well Graphics) specializing in custom printing and signage, she brings both creative vision and hands-on expertise to every project. Amber’s background includes web design, social media strategy, and visual storytelling.
Now joining the leadership team at the Holland Women’s Business Network, Amber is excited to contribute her skills, passion, and entrepreneurial insight to help empower and connect women in business across the community.
