Rachel Harned is a salon owner, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for professional growth. As the owner of Bombshell Salon & Spa and The Salon Professional Academy of Holland, she brings extensive experience in business leadership, mentorship, and team development.
Under her leadership, Bombshell has earned national recognition, while her academy has been honored as a Redken Diamond Academy for eight consecutive years. Beyond her businesses, Rachel is committed to community involvement and giving back.
As HWBN Business Roundtable Chair, Rachel brings her experience and collaborative leadership style to help create an environment where women business owners can exchange perspectives, navigate challenges, and grow together.
