At Holland Women’s Business Network, we believe business grows best in community. This special luncheon brings together women professionals who live or work in the Holland/Zeeland area for an afternoon of meaningful connection and conversation.

This gathering welcomes local leaders, entrepreneurs, and businesswomen from every industry to share a meal, exchange ideas, and build relationships that extend beyond the event itself.

What to Expect:

In addition to intentional networking, attendees will hear from featured speakers who will share insight, perspective, and real-life experience around leadership, growth, and navigating today’s professional landscape.

You’ll hear from Mindy, the founder of Holland Women’s Business Network, along with Lisa, founder of Hope Pkgs, bringing both a leadership and community-focused perspective to the conversation.

This luncheon is especially meaningful as we celebrate five years of connection, collaboration, and growth within our community. What began as a simple way to bring women together has grown into a strong and supportive network of professionals who continue to show up for one another.

In honor of this milestone, the event will also serve as a fundraiser for Hope Pkgs, with all proceeds going directly toward supporting their mission and impact in our community.

Who Should Attend:

Whether you’re a business owner, entrepreneur, or professional woman looking to grow your circle, this luncheon is the perfect place to connect, learn, and be encouraged.

Seats are limited, so secure your spot early and join us at the table.

Your Speakers:

Lisa Hoeve

Founder | Hope PKGS

Lisa Hoeve is the CEO and Founder of Hope Pkgs, a nonprofit organization that provides “first night bags" full of necessities for kids entering the foster care system. Lisa, a dedicated advocate for children in foster care and a compassionate mother of six children, fostered for 13 years, providing a loving and safe environment to more than 18 children in need of a place to call home.

In learning that too many children enter foster care with absolutely nothing, Lisa founded Hope Pkgs to ignite change. Since its inception in 2015, Hope Pkgs has supplied over 10,000 "First Night Bags" containing essential items such as new pajamas, socks, underwear, and toiletries. Currently, Hope Pkgs serves more than 75 of 83 counties in Michigan.

Through her nonprofit work, Lisa has been recognized by the DAR Women in History Award (2023), Fox17 Pay it Forward Award, National Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award, The Harold F. Schmidt Humanitarian Award and Loreal Paris Woman of Worth 2024. Lisa's greatest goal is to educate society about the needs of children in foster care and the importance of supporting them.
