Rachel Harned is a dedicated salon owner, entrepreneur, and advocate for the beauty industry. As the owner of Bombshell Salon & Spa and The Salon Professional Academy of Holland, she spends her days mentoring professionals, growing her team, and creating an environment where beauty careers can truly thrive. Under her leadership, Bombshell has become an award-winning, nationally recognized salon, while her academy has been honored as a Redken Diamond Academy for eight consecutive years.

Beyond her businesses, Rachel is committed to giving back. She coaches salon owners, advocates for industry rights, and founded an organization that has provided holiday gifts to pediatric heart patients for more than a decade.
